He earned his stripes in kitchens and restaurants at all levels. This extensive experience has culminated in the creation of Maplewood Barbecue, where the art of barbecue is celebrated and elevated through small batch specialty sauces and premium rubs. Our products are crafted with the same care and dedication that Wade has poured into his culinary journey.
